Caracas was a town created by OwlCharles during the First Era. It was the capital of the South American Federation. The town disappeared after merging with Belgrade.

Caracas had several notable buildings during the First Era, including the Caracas World Trade Center. This skyscraper, which was once the world's tallest building and one of the first skyscrapers ever built, stood at 53 meters tall and housed many town embassies.
Another prominent building was the Caracas City Hall, one of the largest buildings in the town and the center of its administration. It was considered one of the more impressive buildings of the era and featured three floors, with the mayor's private area located on the top floor. The building was part of a never-finished idea for a World Wonders List. The colorful Caracas Airport also became a short-lived landmark of the town.
