The First Trans-Atlantic Flight made during the Eighth Era was accomplished on 26 May, 2021 by pilots Arf_the_Parf and wolverine___, accompanied in the first half by Baxterbean and encricoborge. The flight was made from Europe to Alaska on wolverine____'s movecraft, the Twin Towers Destroyer. The total flight time is said to of taken several hours.
Logs from the flight indicate that it wasn't without its problems. The plane crashed into water shortly after taking off - not a great way to start. Part of the way through its voyage, the plane actually ran out of fuel, causing mass panic among the passengers.

Captain Arf: Uh... we may or may not run out of fuel.
Baxter: MAYDAY! MAYDAY!
enrico: PANIC! IT GOING DOWN QUICK!

Captain Arf: We may need to start burning up our own wood and wool.

After once again crashing into the ocean, the plane was able to refuel and take off, eventually making it to Nova Scotia. A short stop later, the plane was flying over the Canadian mountains when it ran into a major problem. Movecraft's height limit was set lower than the forested mountains the crew was attempting to get over, slowing progress down considerably. Several recommendations were given by other players on how to handle the situation, including "cutting the f---ing wings and bringing them as separate crafts...".
Through a mix of cutting through the forests and mountains, the plane was able to make it through the roughest of the terrain. From this point onward wolverine___ would take control over the plane and fly it towards its final destination in Alaska.
