The Inca empire had been growing strong. Not long after Its founding, a new Inca by the name of "_Lyceria_", made the town of Pacha_Cuzco. This would be the newest town in the Empire since Quillota.
After Pacha_Cuzco was made, the empire started to grow in strength. A few days later, Tur2004 killed a llama in Quillota. For this crime, _Lyceria_ joined into a minor war against England, in an attempt to burn down the town. After failing to destroy england, the Manco, RealJulio, told his Chasqui's to grief two chunks of the unclaimed European Railroad. Tur2004 became upset and threatened to burn down Quillota. Upon arriving at the town, the Incas surrounded him, forcing him to retreat back to England.

A few hours later, Tur2004 asked RealJulio to return what was griefed and to exile _Lyceria_ from the nation. RealJulio complied and returned the items that were stolen and kicked _Lyceria_ from the Inca Empire (he would invite them back in shortly after) . Unhappy with this, _Lyceria_ chose to grief the capital of the Mediterranean_League, Eretz_Yisrael and to grief the railroad one last time. _Lyceria_ would also go on to abuse the protection of the 24 hour rule by making a series of attacks on Eretz_Yisrael and England. The Mediterranean_Leauge, in turn, declared war against the Inca Empire, specifically against _Lyceria_'s town. The 24 hour rule was waived by the moderator, Mr_Chicken702, causing Tur2004 and his allies to attack the Inca Empire right away, despite there being any leaders of the Inca Empire or allies of the Inca to defend.
When Manco RealJulio logged on, he saw the war raging and became upset. Large chunks of land had been taken by England, Eretz_Yisrael, Motherbase and Japan. This war led to _Lyceria_ quiting and disbanding his town.
