Perth was a town founded by kevlarballoons on 8/14/2018 after he deleted the town of Miami, since the town desired to expand southwards and GA1109 refused to yield. Its motto was "Peace and Freedom". Its population was 1 as of 8/16/2018. He later deleted the town and moved to West Dixie (California).

Perth's perspective[]
After the Battle of Vault69, in which GA1109 dug out around Vault69, we provoked GA1109 and Devin to invade Perth. Managua brought a destroyer to the coast of Perth, and Perth sailed out to meet it. Perth fired two shots into the destroyer, before the destroyer fired back and our ship was heavily damaged with one shot. Kevlarballoons attempted to swim to the destroyer, while Itz__David and YellowVictini drove the boat out of harm's way. There were no casualties, as Managua retreated. The outcome of this battle is disputed, with GA and Devin claiming the win on the basis that Perth's main ship was almost destroyed, and kevlarballoons claiming the win on the basis that GA and Devin retreated, and Perth's ship didn't sink.
Managua's perspective[]
After cruising for some time, we finally came upon Perth. Immediately, I see from the bridge that their cannon is pointed at me. The ship is hit on the left side, only loosing one block. Immedietly, I sail backward and begin loading the main cannon. I fire, however they are still in their town when hit, and it does nothing. I then sail behind some cover and begin reloading. Before they can reload, I fire again, splitting the ship in half, rendering it useless throughout the rest of the battle. Then, I move out a little bit and jump in the water to attack kevlar. The rest of the battle is him attempting to place cobble on my ship, and trying to kill me.
