The town of Visakhapatnam was a small hamlet located in Eastern India. Mayor was TheCarlagas. The town had several named streets, and buildings such as the Town Hall, some houses, the Mine, etc. It was part of Ecumenical Empire and then, in the last days, the Great Federation. At south of the town, for some days, there was a not-related town called Chicago.
